Captain Midnight #13

Captain Midnight undertakes a non-stop 80-hour flight around the world, during which he and his crew engage in aerial combat with enemy forces, including a dramatic encounter with a Japanese destroyer and transport ship that they destroy using mines and tactical bombing. The issue also features a backup story, "Captain Midnight and the Phantom Battlewagon," in which Captain Midnight investigates the mystery of the Nazi battleship Bismarck, which was thought sunk but is discovered hiding in a Norwegian fjord, prompting him to unmask the Nazis' daring bid for victory.
