Brigitte en Acción
This Spanish-language spy thriller serializes the adventures of Brigitte Montfort, a Pulitzer Prize-winning journalist who operates as "Agent Baby," the CIA's most famous and dangerous operative. The narrative opens in New York, where Brigitte prepares for an urgent CIA assignment after learning that an agent has been assassinated. Mr. Cavanagh, head of the CIA's Action Group, briefs her on an extortion crisis: a mysterious organization signing as "G.G." has demanded $500 million, threatening to bomb twenty-five American hospitals. After dynamiting a building in New Orleans to prove capability, G.G. demanded payment be delivered to a remote location near Belém, Brazil. The CIA employed aerial reconnaissance and spy satellites to monitor the drop-off point—an old house by the river—hoping to identify the extortionists during collection. The briefing includes surveillance footage revealing nighttime activity at the location, setting up Brigitte's dangerous mission.
