This is not a pulp magazine but rather official U.S. Air Force documentation from 1962. The materials comprise two forms from Project Blue Book, the USAF's systematic investigation of unidentified flying objects. The first is a standardized civilian UFO report card (ATIC Form 329) analyzing a sighting near Incirlik, Turkey. The second is a classified staff message from TUSLOG Detachment 13 in Adana, Turkey, reporting an airborne object observed from the ground on March 1, 1962, between 1545–1795 Zulu time. The object resembled the Echo I satellite, appeared one-third to one-fourth the magnitude of a star, made shallow turns in both directions with unsteady blinking lights, and moved across magnetic bearings from 350° to 30°. The report concludes the evidence is insufficient for definitive identification, listing possibilities including balloon, aircraft, or astronomical phenomenon.
