The OCR material consists of Project 10073 Record Cards—standardized government forms for collecting UFO sighting reports. These are blank or partially completed questionnaire templates from the U.S. Air Force's official unidentified flying object investigation program (circa 1952). The forms request detailed witness information including date, location, observation type (ground visual, radar, air intercept), number of objects sighted, duration, course direction, weather conditions, observer identity, and conclusions categorized as balloon, aircraft, astronomical phenomenon, or unknown. One partially legible entry records a sighting near Dayton, Ohio on June 16. The documents function as data collection instruments rather than narrative content, designed to systematize UFO reports for military analysis and record-keeping.
