This document is a Project Blue Book record card documenting a UFO sighting from September 15, 1960, at 2058 hours near coordinates 3323N 0735W. The observer, a reliable U.S. Air Force engineer with the Civil Engineering Division who had worked for the Army Engineers since 1954, reported a round, orange-red object traveling approximately six times faster than Echo I satellite, which he had been monitoring since August 26. The sighting lasted 7.5 seconds. Weather conditions included clouds to the west and clear skies otherwise, with calm surface conditions. An L-20 and T-33 aircraft were in the local area under GCA control. The object was also witnessed by a neighbor, Mrs. Beend. The report notes no conclusive identification was reached, listing balloon, aircraft, and astronomical phenomena as possibilities with insufficient data for definitive evaluation.
