This document is a U.S. Air Force Project 10073 record card documenting a UFO sighting reported by an officer at an unspecified military location in Japan. The officer was prefighting an aircraft when he observed a moving object at 60 degrees elevation. The object appeared silver with two white lights, reflecting light from beneath it. During the first sighting, the object traveled south to north, made a 350-degree turn right, then another rightward turn before observers were blinded by ground vehicle lights and lost visual contact. In a second sighting ten minutes later, the object traveled northerly in a straight path for approximately 33 seconds before disappearing while the observer fetched additional witnesses.
