This document consists of two Project 10073 record cards—official U.S. Air Force UFO investigation forms from 1957. The first card documents a sighting on November 25, 1957, near Globe, Arizona: a round orange object the size of a dime observed for nine minutes traveling south to north, witnessed from the ground without photographs. The investigator concluded it was likely Sputnik Two. The second card records a separate November 28 sighting in the same area: three objects in a line, the front one larger, each dime-sized, observed at night for nine minutes, traveling south to north at forty-five degrees. The investigator noted possible aircraft. Both reports were filed on standard ATIC forms with checkboxes for object type, observation method, and conclusions.
