This document is not a pulp magazine but rather Project Blue Book material: official U.S. Air Force UFO investigation records from 1956-1965. It contains a sighting report from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania describing ground-visual observation of unidentified lights. The witness reports lights observed from a car over a field, near a TV tower, moving across the sky—a dark object with 2-3 lights, silent, passing over the vehicle. Other motorists witnessed it. Air Force analysis suggests possible aircraft with landing lights or helicopter. Due to insufficient data and the late reporting date, final investigation deemed infeasible. The document includes official correspondence from Major Maston M. Jack's Public Information Division directing the witness to complete FTD Form 164 for formal analysis.
