This document is a UFO sighting report from Project Grudge, the U.S. Air Force's official UFO investigation program. It details two incidents from Twin Falls, Idaho on August 19, 1947. Incident #64 documents multiple witnesses reporting numerous objects in the night sky described as glowing like electric lights, traveling at high speeds, some in triangular formation. The Air Force evaluation attributes these sightings to reflected ground lights on clouds or misidentified birds. The second incident receives similar dismissal as possible searchlights reflected from overcast conditions. The document concludes with Dr. Hynek's classifications of 240+ incidents into categories: astronomical explanations (high/fair probability), conventional explanations (balloons, aircraft, rockets, flares), miscellaneous phenomena (reflections, auroras, birds), and unexplained cases lacking sufficient evidence.
