Night-Hawk, The Mounted Detective

This issue of the Old Sleuth Library presents "Night-Hawk, the Mounted Detective," by Old Sleuth. Riding his trained Kentucky thoroughbred, Badger, Hawk discovers an unconscious young woman lying in flowers beside the road. When she revives, she appears frightened and refuses to explain her situation, though Hawk observes bruises on her hand and head. The girl hurriedly departs, leaving behind a portfolio containing a mysterious photograph that shocks the detective. Hawk resolves to investigate further, believing the incident connects to his ongoing investigation of the criminal gang.
