This is a pressed herbarium specimen, not a political cartoon or caricature, and cannot be honestly described as one. It shows a dried plant — *Buddleja stachyoides* — mounted on archival paper with collector's labels identifying it as part of Dr. E. Hassler's *Plantae Paraguarienses* series, specimen no. 2133, from central Paraguay. The Natural History Museum, London (BM) holds the sheet. No satirical tradition, printmaking technique, or caricature content is present or can be responsibly invented for this object.
